In 2007, the Indianola Record-Herald started a tradition with the annual “Best Of Warren County” contest. Last year, Downing Construction celebrated its 5^th consecutive year as the Best Home Builder. We would be very proud to receive that honor again. It just keeps getting better each year! Our “Commitment to Customer Satisfaction” has never been more important to us.

As people, we are visual beings.

Seeing is believing and it helps us understand the world around us. More often than not, this holds true with the clients that walk through our doors.

Below you will see a link to an animation movie that was created for just that purpose. We needed a tool that would help a dentist visualize what a remodel of his waiting and reception area would look like. This virtual animation gave us the ability to do just that.

This is one service of many that we provide for our clients here at Downing Construction, Inc. It is also one that we feel helps set us apart, in what can seem to be an infinite sea of possibilities for those looking to build or remodel.

This virtual animation was created near the end of the architectural design process.

As we entered in the bidding and budgeting phase for the project, Dr. Tammy Rhea was having trouble visualizing what her new dental clinic was going to look like and how the general flow of the building was going to feel. So, to help Dr. Rhea, we created the following animation:

This virtual walkthrough was created to help our client get a feel of what the interior of his new building was going to look like.

It is our aim that, before a hole is ever dug, our client will feel comfortable with the product they will receive. Animations are a useful tool that help answer our clients concerns, and achieve our philosophy in being “Committed to Customer Satisfaction.”
